Delete your SanatanIQ account

SanatanIQ by Wharf Street Studios Limited

You can delete your SanatanIQ account and the data associated with it at any time, in either of the two ways below.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open SanatanIQ and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings (gear icon).
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. This also works if your account has been suspended.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't use the app, email admin@wharfstreetstudios.com from the email address linked to your SanatanIQ account, with the subject “Delete my SanatanIQ account”.

We'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details (email address, name, profile photo)
Your profile information (bio, gender, language, Panchang city)
Your Ask Krishna chat history and any replies you reported
Your reading progress, streaks, karma and badges

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you is kept after deletion. Copies may remain briefly in encrypted backups before they are overwritten.

Delete only your chat history

To keep your account but remove your conversations, open Ask Krishna in the app and tap Clear History.
